Jack Randall 271

When Randall played in the 1907/1908 season as one of 'The terrible 6' forwards he was only 21yr. He weighed 13st 8lb (86kilo) and was 5ft 10 ins (179 cm). he joined the West Yorkshire Regiment, rising to the rank of Sergeant. Although wounded in action, after the war he became a publican at various public houses, including The Royal Hotel at Ossett, The Thatched House at Stanley and the Shakespeare Hotel on Meanwood Road in Leeds. He died in 1940, aged 56.

Heritage number 341. Seasons 1905/1906 to 1911/1912. 178 appearances. 20 tries = 60 points. Played as forward. Signed from Featherstone. Debut v Hull.
